620 Quranic Kindergartens Launched in Iran

 TEHRAN (IQNA) – Iran’s Basij Organization inaugurated 620 new Quranic kindergartens across the country.

The kindergartens, which focus on Quran teaching and promoting the Quranic lifestyle, were launched on the occasion of the Basij Week.

With these new ones, there are now more than 3,600 Quranic kindergartens in the country, IRIB News reported.

Basij is a paramilitary voluntary force established in 1979 on late founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini's order.

Affiliated to the IRGC, the force consists of often young Iranians, who have volunteered, with a strong sense of fidelity to both the Islamic system and religious beliefs.
